LES CANADIENNES: THE EXHIBITION

Gallery B. and Annex Arts are welcoming artists-in-residence for its second show, “Les Canadiennes,” an exhibition and artist residency of Canadian artists. Expect to see them out and about the Blue Hill Peninsula with their paints.

Opening on Canada Day, July 1, “Les Canadiennes” will host the work of seven artists and also several of the artists themselves - Nancy Friedland, Drew Klassen, Mara Korkola, Shelley Mansel, Sara MacCulloch, Chrissy Nickerson, Johanna Reynolds.

Most of the artists have exhibited with gallery b., are past fellows of the Annex Arts Residency Program, and seek to deepen their relationship with local landscapes and people.  “Les Canadiennes” is on view from July 1  to July 17, 2023. The opening reception takes place on Canada Day, July 1, 5-7pm at both The Annex and gallery b.
