Annex Arts offers residencies to visual, media, literary, and performing artists. We offer free space to live and work on the coast of Maine during the months of June, July, and August. We offer free public arts programming inspired by the work of the resident fellows and local artists all summer long. Our residencies are programmed by application and nomination.

We also accept nominations through this button. We want to make our residencies available to more black artists, indigenous artists, and artists of color. In order to cast a wider net and ensure that people know about our program and that we know about artists who would benefit from our residency, we encourage you to reach out.
